Sony Cyber-Shot WX30
Sony has announced the launch of its new Cyber-shot cameras. The Cyber-shot WX30 can shoot DSLR-style still photos and full HD video as well as 3D images.
The WX30 is also the first camera with a 7.5 inch touch screen and the first Cyber-shot camera with real-time Picture Effect mode. This mode will allow amateur photographers to enhance their pictures without any special editing software. With a press of the shutter button, you can choose between seven Picture Effect options including HDR Painting, Rich-tone Monochrome, Miniature, Toy Camera, Partial Colour, Pop Colour and Soft High-key.
The 16.2 megapixel camera has the highly sensitive Exmor R CMOS sensor that will make your pictures full of details even in low light conditions. The camera will also have the brand new Clear Image Zoom that boosts zoom range to 10x without quality loss at fill resolution.
'By Pixel Super Resolution' technology will boost image quality during movie recording. The 'Dual Rec' feature will let users grab 12 megapixel-level still photos even when they're using Full HD video shooting.
The SteadyShot Active Mode compensates for handheld camera movements during Full HD video shooting. Users can now have blur-free movie clips even when walking.
With the Intelligent Sweep Panorama, you can capture 42.9 megapixel panorama pictures at high resolution. Hook up your camera to your HD TV to enjoy you panoramic pictures on your big screen.
The Cyber-shot WX30 will let you capture dazzling 3D photos without the bulky stereoscopic lenses camera. 3D Still Image will grab a pair of frames in quick succession and will create a dramatic 3D still image. Other 3D shooting options include 3D Sweep Panorama and Sweep Multi Angle.
