Its very simple.
U have to download and install download accelerator plus (DAP) in your pc.
When u are install DAP u have to install sppedbit video acclerator tool bar also.
then u can find the speed bit video acc tool bar in your browser scree.
when u watch any video from internet one video downloader icon flash and ask you to save the video
u can save the video in your video in your PC.
 
Otherwise install real player in your PC it will helpyou to download videos from any site.
